We are committed to delivering our football-inspired collector products safely and efficiently to customers around the world. This Shipping Policy explains our free worldwide shipping, order-processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, customs charges, address changes, and procedures for delayed, damaged, or missing shipments.

Please review this policy before placing your order.


Free Worldwide Shipping

Football Store provides Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on eligible products, including our featured collector bundle and individual collector pieces, unless otherwise clearly stated on the applicable product page or during checkout.

No standard shipping fee will be charged on eligible orders.

If expedited, express, or premium delivery options are available, they may require an additional fee. Any additional shipping charge will be clearly displayed before checkout is completed.


Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding:

  • Saturdays and Sundays

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier holidays

  • Scheduled warehouse closures

Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During product launches, major promotions, holiday periods, football events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

If a significant processing delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.


Order Verification

Some orders may require additional verification before fulfillment.

Verification may be required because of:

  • Payment authorization

  • Billing and shipping address differences

  • Incomplete customer information

  • Unusually large order quantities

  • Fraud-prevention checks

  • Payment-provider requirements

  • Destination or shipping restrictions

If additional information is required, our team may contact you by email or telephone.

Failure to provide the requested information may delay your order or result in cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

United States

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

International Destinations

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery time may vary because of:

  • Destination country

  • Fulfillment location

  • Shipping carrier

  • Customs clearance

  • Local postal services

  • Remote-area delivery

  • Public holidays

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Customers in remote or international locations should allow additional time for delivery.


Shipping Carriers

Orders may be delivered through recognized domestic and international shipping providers.

Depending on the order, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier availability, shipping providers may include:

Football Store may select the most appropriate carrier based on the destination, parcel size, product type, and available delivery network.

In some cases, the final stage of delivery may be completed by a local postal or courier service.


Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment-confirmation email containing the available tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the shipping label has been created.

A shipping-label notification does not always mean that the carrier has physically collected or scanned the package. Please allow reasonable time for the first tracking update.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be delivered in more than one package because of:

  • Product size

  • Packaging requirements

  • Product availability

  • Different fulfillment facilities

  • Carrier restrictions

  • Product-protection requirements

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

Packages belonging to the same order may arrive on different dates.


International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs inspections and charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges may include:

Unless expressly stated during checkout, customs duties, taxes, and import-related fees are not included in the product price and remain the customer’s responsibility.

  • Import-tax rates

  • Customs-clearance decisions

  • Customs-processing times

  • Local import requirements

  • Fees collected by government authorities or carriers

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can legally be imported into their destination country.

A package delayed during customs processing is not automatically considered lost and does not automatically qualify for cancellation while it remains in transit.


Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

Please carefully check:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City

  • State or province

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

Football Store is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, lost shipments, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Shipping Address Changes

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at:

We will make reasonable efforts to update your information before fulfillment begins.

However, address changes cannot be guaranteed after:

  • Order processing has started

  • The shipping label has been created

  • The package has been prepared

  • The order has been transferred to the carrier

  • The package has been dispatched

Once an order has shipped, Football Store may be unable to redirect it.

Customers may contact the carrier directly to request a delivery adjustment, but any change is subject to the carrier’s policies and approval.

Any fees charged by the carrier for rerouting, redirecting, or holding a package will be the customer’s responsibility.


Missed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and being available to receive their package where necessary.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may:

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Leave a delivery notice

  • Hold the package at a local facility

  • Send the package to a collection point

  • Return the package to the sender

Please contact the carrier promptly if tracking indicates that customer action is required.

Football Store is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by repeated missed delivery attempts or failure to collect a package.


Refused or Uncollected Packages

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package, the shipment may be:

  • Returned to the sender

  • Held by the carrier

  • Subject to storage charges

  • Subject to return-shipping fees

  • Abandoned or disposed of under carrier or customs rules

Refusing a shipment because of customs duties, taxes, or import charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

Any shipping, customs, storage, handling, or carrier costs resulting from a refused or uncollected package may be the customer’s responsibility where legally permitted.


Delayed Shipments

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and do not represent guaranteed delivery dates.

A shipment may be delayed because of:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier congestion

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery destinations

  • Transportation interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Local postal delays

  • Events outside our reasonable control

A delayed shipment is not automatically considered lost while the tracking information continues to show that the package is in transit.

If your order is delayed:

  1. Review the latest tracking updates.

  2. Check for attempted-delivery notices.

  3. Confirm that your shipping address is correct.

  4. Contact the local carrier where appropriate.

  5. Contact our support team if further assistance is required.


Lost Packages

A shipment may be considered lost when:

  • The carrier confirms that it cannot be located

  • Tracking officially identifies the package as lost

  • Tracking remains inactive beyond a reasonable investigation period

  • A carrier investigation confirms non-delivery

  • Complete shipping address

  • A brief description of the issue

We may need to open an investigation with the shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the investigation, product availability, and applicable law, an approved claim may result in:

  • A replacement shipment

  • A refund

  • Store credit

  • Another appropriate resolution


Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check all areas around the delivery address.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management.

  3. Review any delivery photograph or notice provided by the carrier.

  4. Allow until the end of the delivery day, as some packages are scanned early.

  5. Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.

  6. Contact Football Store if the package remains missing.

We may request that the carrier investigate the delivery.

Football Store is not normally responsible for theft or loss occurring after a package has been correctly delivered to the shipping address provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.


Damaged Shipments

Every order is prepared using protective packaging designed to help collector products arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the external packaging

  • Photographs of the internal packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

  • Video evidence where reasonably necessary

Please retain the damaged product, all components, and all packaging while the claim is being reviewed.

Do not assemble, use, repair, modify, or discard the product before receiving instructions from our support team.

Depending on the circumstances, available evidence, product availability, and applicable law, we may offer:

  • Replacement components

  • A replacement product

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

  • Another suitable resolution


Incorrect or Missing Products

If your order contains the wrong product, wrong variation, or missing components, contact us promptly at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Details of what you ordered

  • Details of what you received

  • Photographs of all delivered products

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • A photograph of the shipping label

After reviewing the information, we may arrange shipment of the correct product, missing components, a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution.


Order Cancellations Before Shipment

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible to:

We may be able to cancel your order if:

  • Fulfillment has not started

  • The shipping label has not been created

  • The package has not been prepared

  • The package has not been dispatched

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after order processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through the shipping process.
